We offer worldwide shipping! (some exclusions apply)

All orders are shipped via DHL EXPRESS ON DEMAND DELIVERY. Once your order is shipped you receive a notification via email and/or SMS about your shipment's progress and estimated delivery date/time. When this doens't fit your schedule, this 100% free service enables you to choose the time and place of delivery. Giving you maximum flexibility and greater control over your delivery.

United Kingdom = 2-3 business days
Norway = 2-5 business days
Sweden = 2-3 business days
Switzerland = 2-3 business days
Italy = 2-3 business days

Poland = 2 business days
Australia = 3-5 business days (major urban areas)
Japan = 2-4 business days

Other countries: Delivery times may vary. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on monday.

Tracking your shipment

Once your order is shipped you will receive a track and trace code via e-mail. In this e-mail you'll also receive a direct link to the delivery company with which you can track your shipment.

Shipping Costs

You will always see the shipping costs in your cart and in the checkout before you complete your order.

Shipping costs depend on package weight and size. For an overview of the estimated shipping costs per country please check our Shipping Costs page or visit your cart for an up-to-date cost overview.

Shipping to Non-EU countries and VAT

For non-EU customers (for example: the United States, Japan, Switzerland, Norway and Canada) the VAT will automatically be deducted from your order. When completing your purchase in the checkout you will see that no VAT is charged.

Please note that VAT and import duties can be charged upon delivery in your country.

USA: All orders with a total order value of less then $800 are exempted from any VAT and/or Custom Duties. For orders from $800 and above you will receive an invoice from DHL Express for VAT and Custom Duties. For more information please read our article on ordering from the USA.
Switzerland (from January 2018): 7.7% VAT + CHF 21 brokerage fee
Norway (from October 2012): 25% VAT + NOK 165.00 brokerage fee
Canada: goods are subject to the federal Goods and Services Tax (GST) and Provincial Sales Tax (PST) or, in certain provinces and territories, the Harmonized Sales Tax (HST). A brokerage charge of CAD 10 can be charged by UPS. For most goods, like skis and snowboards, you don't pay additional import duties. You can lookup the tariffs at CBSA or contact the Border Information Service.
Japan: 10% Consumer Tax + approx. JP¥ 1,000 disbursement fee and 0% (General Tariff Schedule) to 0%-10% (Simplified Tariff Schedule) import duties (depending on goods and total value).
