Returns

You may return your order to us within 14 days of receipt. You may try on an item and view it as you would in a store. Make sure that an article remains really new and not unnecessarily crumpled. The costs for a return are for your own account. 

Retrun registration

1. Register your return

Click on the yellow button below: Register new return. You are now in our online returns portal. Enter your e-mail address and your order number.

Please note! Fill in your entire order ID, for example ssnl-000001234 so that the returns portal recognizes your order. 

2. Select products
Select the products you wish to return and then specify the reason for the return. After choosing a return reason, click on Return Product(s). 

3. Confirm selection
Confirm the chosen selection. You will now see the product overview if it is correct. If it is correct click on Confirm selection again. 

4. Choose carrier and pay
Then choose the carrier with which you want to return your products and pay the amount of return costs online. After payment you will receive a return label. 

Please Note! Never forget to write 'Return Goods' on the shipping bag/box and include the commercial invoice you receive after paying the return label. This will ensure that no import fee will be charged at customs. If you can't figure it out, please contact our customer service at [email protected].

5. Pack your return
Put the items you want to return in their original packaging and in the delivery bag. Do this carefully and preferably in its entirety in the original delivery bag. The items should be placed separately in the original article bags. Then add the original invoice / order confirmation that comes with the package or a copy to the return. Also, the Retourvignet, if present on one of your items, may not have been removed from the item and we would ask you to enclose the accompanying yellow Retourvignet booklet with the package. Then stick the return label you received by mail on the bag/box.

Please note! Fold the clothes carefully and make sure that they cannot crumple unnecessarily during the return shipment. In addition, we would like to ask you to close the zippers and buttons.

6. Hand over your return
Hand over your return at the local service point. You will receive a receipt with your track & trace code. Keep your proof of posting well!

7. Your money back within 14 days
After we have received and checked your return, and if the return is approved, we will refund your money within a week. Are you using the Subsequent payment option? Then we will deduct the return amount from your invoice. We will also refund any shipping costs you paid (only if you return all items). Shipping costs for returning an item are at your own expense.
