Ordering from USA

Orders shipped to the United States will usually be delivered in 1 to 3 business days, depending on delivery location. The total shipping costs depend on the type of package and will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Orders from the United States are exempted of Dutch VAT. So you will pay no VAT. This is clearly visible in the final order total before placing your order.
You are responsible for any VAT, import and customs costs. We cannot be held liable or reimburse them under any circumstance.
Your signature is required for delivery. So no unsigned drop offs at your door or porch.
Returns, even in case of a warranty request, are at your own expense.
When returning your item(s), we don't reimburse the original shipping costs.
We cannot ship airbags and airbag cylinders to the United States.

In our online store you can pay in US Dollars ($) or Euro (€). The final price you pay in Dollars ($) depends on the exchange rate your credit card company or PayPal charges at the time of your order.

If your order is $800 or more, VAT, import and customs costs may be charged. These costs will automatically be charged to you by the carrier. Under no circumstances can we reimburse these costs.
