Can I still cancel or modify my order?

If you’ve already received a shipping confirmation, it is unfortunately no longer possible to cancel or modify your order.
This means that cancellations or changes to sizes and colors can no longer be made, as the order is already on its way and cannot be intercepted.

Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at [email protected]. Customer service is available on business days from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. During these hours, a cancellation or change, such as adjusting sizes or colors, may still be possible as long as your order hasn’t been shipped yet. We always do our best to make adjustments in time if possible, helping to avoid unnecessary issues. If successful, it’s also a small step toward reducing environmental impact! However, we cannot guarantee changes once the order has progressed further in the shipping process.
