- You have 14 days from receipt of your order to register your return.
- Are you too late? Then your order will no longer be found in the portal. In that case, always contact us first so we can see what possibilities there are.
- After registering online, you then have 14 days to hand in your return at the post office. If you hand in the parcel after the 14 days, we will unfortunately no longer be able to process your return. The sooner you register and send in your return, the sooner it will be processed and you will receive your money back.
- Almost all outerwear and trousers are delivered with a large yellow return label. Do not remove this until you decide to keep the item! Once this vignette has been removed, there is no way we can return the item.
- Returns are at your own risk and expense.
- If you return part of your order, we will only refund the amount of the returned items and not other costs such as shipping costs.
- If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please always contact us a.s.a.p. and include photos of the product and the labels so we can see which item/defect is concerned.
STEP BY STEP GUIDE:
1. Check your items
√ Has the return period of 14 days after receipt not expired
√ Is the yellow return label (in the case of outerwear and trousers) and all price tags still attached?
√ Is the article unworn and therefore not dirty, damaged or creased?
2. Submit your return online
Enter your own postcode and the full order number (including letters) in the portal to which you can start the return. You can choose to purchase a DPD shipping label via the portal. If you choose this option, print the shipping label. You can download this immediately and it will also be sent to you by e-mail (please check your e-mail address and any spam mail).
You can also choose another carrier outside the portal. We always advise you to send the parcel insured. The DPD label via the portal insures your parcel up to €500.
3. Pack your return
√ Fold the items neatly and close all zips and buttons. Because of the technical materials it is important not to cause serious creases and wrinkles, as these can damage the product.
Then pack the items back in their original packaging and put them in the shipping bag or box. Another bag or box is also fine, as long as it is sturdy so that it arrives undamaged
√ If you have items from several orders that you wish to return, you may simply return them in 1 parcel
√ Put the enclosed packing slip/order confirmation (or a copy) in the parcel
√ Stick the DPD shipping label on the parcel.

4. Shipping
Hand over your return at a DPD parcel point or a carrier of your choice.

5. Refund

The Mountain Studio D-10 R Windstopper® By Gore-Tex Labs Reversible Down Jacket is a men's reversible down jacket with a Gore-Tex Windstopper face on both sides and 700 fill power RDS-certified down. One face is quilted and technical, the other smooth and minimalist, so a single jacket gives you two looks. It is an insulating, windproof layer for cold-weather town, travel and off-slope mountain use, not a waterproof ski shell.
Who is this down jacket for?
The D-10 R suits someone who wants one understated down jacket for cold commutes, travel, winter walking and standing around at the base village, and who values the two-look reversible design over ski-specific hardware. It also works as an insulating layer over a shell in cold, static conditions. It is not built for sustained rain or wet snow, not for ski touring or other high-output uphill efforts, and not a substitute for a technical ski shell: no hood, snow skirt or ski-specific features are specified.
How warm and how windproof is the D-10 R?
Insulation in the D-10 R down jacket is 700 fill power RDS-certified down. The Mountain Studio does not state the fill weight, so read it as lightweight warmth for cold, dry to lightly damp days rather than expedition-grade heat. Both faces use Gore-Tex Windstopper fabric, so wind is blocked whichever side you wear out, and the PFAS-free DWR finish sheds light moisture. A tall collar closes the gap at the neck.
Which size should you choose?
The Mountain Studio D-10 R reversible down jacket has a regular fit and comes up true to size, so take your usual size. The cut leaves room for a midlayer such as a fleece or a merino long sleeve. What is the reversible Windstopper construction?
Both outer faces of The Mountain Studio D-10 R Windstopper® By Gore-Tex Labs Reversible Down Jacket are made from Gore-Tex Windstopper fabric, with 700 fill power RDS-certified down between them. One face is quilted and technical, the other smooth and minimalist, and each face has its own pocket set: two hand pockets and one chest pocket per side. Closures are a YKK Aquaguard zipper and a YKK Vislon zipper, and a tall collar runs along the neck. The Black Onyx-Forest Green colourway is two-tone: one face reads black onyx, the other forest green, though the brand does not state which face carries which colour or which one is quilted. Layer count, seam construction and lining are not specified by the brand, because both sides are shell fabric.
Is the D-10 R suitable for skiing or ski touring?
The D-10 R down jacket belongs off the slope rather than on it. It works for the walk to the lift station, for après-ski, for winter days in town and for travel, and it can go over a shell as an extra insulating layer when you are standing still in the cold.
