- After registering online, you then have 14 days to hand in your return at the post office. If you hand in the parcel after the 14 days, we will unfortunately no longer be able to process your return. The sooner you register and send in your return, the sooner it will be processed and you will receive your money back.
- Almost all outerwear and trousers are delivered with a large yellow return label. Do not remove this until you decide to keep the item! Once this vignette has been removed, there is no way we can return the item.
- Returns are at your own risk and expense.
- If you return part of your order, we will only refund the amount of the returned items and not other costs such as shipping costs.
- If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please always contact us a.s.a.p. and include photos of the product and the labels so we can see which item/defect is concerned.

1. Check your items

√ Is the yellow return label (in the case of outerwear and trousers) and all price tags still attached?
√ Is the article unworn and therefore not dirty, damaged or creased?
2. Submit your return online
Enter your own postcode and the full order number (including letters) in the portal to which you can start the return. You can choose to purchase a DPD shipping label via the portal. If you choose this option, print the shipping label. You can download this immediately and it will also be sent to you by e-mail (please check your e-mail address and any spam mail).
You can also choose another carrier outside the portal. We always advise you to send the parcel insured. The DPD label via the portal insures your parcel up to €500.
3. Pack your return
√ Fold the items neatly and close all zips and buttons. Because of the technical materials it is important not to cause serious creases and wrinkles, as these can damage the product.
Then pack the items back in their original packaging and put them in the shipping bag or box. Another bag or box is also fine, as long as it is sturdy so that it arrives undamaged
√ If you have items from several orders that you wish to return, you may simply return them in 1 parcel
√ Put the enclosed packing slip/order confirmation (or a copy) in the parcel
√ Stick the DPD shipping label on the parcel.

4. Shipping

The Peak Performance Women Pile Zip Jacket is a pile fleece midlayer jacket in 100% recycled polyester, made for warmth in cold, dry conditions. The light pile has a jersey back, so the surface stays soft against a base layer and the fabric moves less air than open fleece. It is a layer rather than a shell: no membrane and no water column, so you pull a hardshell over it when it rains or snows.
Who is this jacket for?

How warm is the Peak Performance Women Pile Zip Jacket?
Warmth comes from the pile pleat itself: a deep fleece surface that traps air, backed with jersey to keep the structure stable. The whole jacket is one fabric: a light pile with a jersey back, which gives you the soft pile face on the outside and a smoother, more stable surface on the inside. Narrow flatlock covering seams keep the joins flat, so nothing rubs when you wear the Peak Performance Women Pile Zip Jacket under a shell or a backpack. The front closes with a 2-way YKK Vislon® zipper, which means you can open the jacket from the hem when you sit down or want to reach a trouser pocket. A double-layer stand-up collar closes the gap at the neck, and elastic binding finishes the hem and cuffs. The cuffs have thumbholes, so the sleeves stay down when you pull a shell over the top. Is the Pile Zip Jacket suitable for a day on the piste?
As a midlayer in cold, dry conditions it works well: wear the Peak Performance Women Pile Zip Jacket over a base layer and under a hardshell jacket, and it adds warmth without a slippery lining fighting the shell. Two points decide where it stops. First, the hand pockets sit at hip height and disappear under a harness hipbelt or a shell's powder skirt, so plan on using your shell pockets while skiing. Second, there is no hood and no hem adjustment beyond the elastic binding, which is why this is a layer for the resort, the drive up and the hours after skiing rather than a technical touring piece.

The shell is 100% recycled polyester in a light pile construction with a jersey back. Polyester pile dries quickly and holds its loft through repeated washing, which matters for a layer you will wear several times a week.
