Is your purchase not quite what you expected or is the size incorrect? No problem, you can easily return your order to us. You may try on and view an item as you would in a shop, but there are some rules.

- You have 14 days from receipt of your order to register your return.
- Are you too late? Then your order will no longer be found in the portal. In that case, always contact us first so we can see what possibilities there are.
- After registering online, you then have 14 days to hand in your return at the post office. If you hand in the parcel after the 14 days, we will unfortunately no longer be able to process your return. The sooner you register and send in your return, the sooner it will be processed and you will receive your money back.
- Almost all outerwear and trousers are delivered with a large yellow return label. Do not remove this until you decide to keep the item! Once this vignette has been removed, there is no way we can return the item.
- Returns are at your own risk and expense.
- If you return part of your order, we will only refund the amount of the returned items and not other costs such as shipping costs.
- If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please always contact us a.s.a.p. and include photos of the product and the labels so we can see which item/defect is concerned.

1. Check your items
√ Has the return period of 14 days after receipt not expired
√ Is the yellow return label (in the case of outerwear and trousers) and all price tags still attached?
√ Is the article unworn and therefore not dirty, damaged or creased?
2. Submit your return online
Enter your own postcode and the full order number (including letters) in the portal to which you can start the return. You can choose to purchase a DPD shipping label via the portal. If you choose this option, print the shipping label. You can download this immediately and it will also be sent to you by e-mail (please check your e-mail address and any spam mail).
You can also choose another carrier outside the portal. We always advise you to send the parcel insured. The DPD label via the portal insures your parcel up to €500.
3. Pack your return
√ Fold the items neatly and close all zips and buttons. Because of the technical materials it is important not to cause serious creases and wrinkles, as these can damage the product.
Then pack the items back in their original packaging and put them in the shipping bag or box. Another bag or box is also fine, as long as it is sturdy so that it arrives undamaged
√ If you have items from several orders that you wish to return, you may simply return them in 1 parcel
√ Put the enclosed packing slip/order confirmation (or a copy) in the parcel
√ Stick the DPD shipping label on the parcel.

4. Shipping

5. Refund

The Peak Performance Women Original Stomp Crew is a relaxed-fit cotton-blend sweatshirt with a brushed interior, built for town, travel and après-ski rather than for the slope. It has a crew neck and 1x1 rib at the neckline, cuffs and bottom hem, so the openings keep their shape through repeated wear. What separates it from the rest of the range is simple: this is a soft everyday piece from a Swedish mountain brand, with no membrane and no insulation.
Who is the Original Stomp Crew for?
This women's sweatshirt suits you if you want something soft and easy to pull on after skiing, on a train or around town, and you already own a shell and a midlayer for the mountain. It is not for skiing, ski touring or freeriding, and not for high-output activity where you need moisture transport: cotton-blend jersey holds moisture against the skin and dries slowly.
How much weather protection does the Stomp Crew give?
None in the technical sense. The Peak Performance Original Stomp Crew has no membrane, no water column, no water-repellent finish and no insulation fill, so rain, wet snow and wind go straight through it. The warmth you feel comes from the brushed inner face of the jersey holding a little still air close to the body, which is enough for indoor wear, a cafe terrace or a car journey, not for standing around in the cold.
Which size should you choose?
The cut is relaxed, so the Stomp Crew falls loosely through the chest, shoulders and waist and never sits tight over a T-shirt. The sweatshirt is offered in size S. Check the Peak Performance women's size chart on this page against your own chest and sleeve measurements before you order, and bear in mind that the relaxed cut adds room on top of those figures. If you prefer a close, body-following fit, this crew will read a size large on you.
How is the Peak Performance Original Stomp Crew built?
The Peak Performance Women Original Stomp Crew is built from a single cotton-blend jersey, brushed on the inside. There is no membrane, no laminate and no separate lining: the soft inner face you feel is a finish on the same fabric, which is why the sweatshirt stays light and flexible instead of stiff. The structure comes from the 1x1 rib used at the neckline, the cuffs and the bottom hem. That rib pulls the openings back into shape after they stretch, which is what keeps a crew neck from going slack over a season of wearing and washing.
Is the Stomp Crew suitable for skiing or ski touring?
No. Treat this Peak Performance crew as the piece you change into, not the piece you ski in. It works for the drive to the resort, the walk to dinner, the evening in the apartment and the flight home. On snow it stops immediately: without a membrane or a water-repellent treatment there is nothing between you and wet snow, and without any insulation fill there is nothing holding heat when the temperature drops or the wind picks up. Worn under a shell during a climb, the cotton-blend jersey soaks up sweat and stays damp against the skin, which makes you colder once you stop. For touring and lift days, pair a technical base layer and a shell from the range instead, and keep the Stomp Crew for afterwards.
What is the Stomp Crew made of and how do you look after it?
The main fabric is a cotton-blend jersey with a brushed interior. A cotton-based knit is comfortable directly on the skin and handles everyday wear well, but it absorbs water, takes a long time to dry and feels heavier when wet, so it is best kept away from rain and snow. Wash it with similar colours, keep it away from high heat so the brushed face stays soft, and reshape the ribbed cuffs and hem while the sweatshirt is still damp. The care label inside the garment gives the washing symbols for this fabric.
