Is your purchase not quite what you expected or is the size incorrect? No problem, you can easily return your order to us. You may try on and view an item as you would in a shop, but there are some rules.

- You have 14 days from receipt of your order to register your return.
- Are you too late? Then your order will no longer be found in the portal. In that case, always contact us first so we can see what possibilities there are.
- After registering online, you then have 14 days to hand in your return at the post office. If you hand in the parcel after the 14 days, we will unfortunately no longer be able to process your return. The sooner you register and send in your return, the sooner it will be processed and you will receive your money back.
- Almost all outerwear and trousers are delivered with a large yellow return label. Do not remove this until you decide to keep the item! Once this vignette has been removed, there is no way we can return the item.
- Returns are at your own risk and expense.
- If you return part of your order, we will only refund the amount of the returned items and not other costs such as shipping costs.
- If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please always contact us a.s.a.p. and include photos of the product and the labels so we can see which item/defect is concerned.
STEP BY STEP GUIDE:
1. Check your items
√ Has the return period of 14 days after receipt not expired
√ Is the yellow return label (in the case of outerwear and trousers) and all price tags still attached?
√ Is the article unworn and therefore not dirty, damaged or creased?
2. Submit your return online
Enter your own postcode and the full order number (including letters) in the portal to which you can start the return. You can choose to purchase a DPD shipping label via the portal. If you choose this option, print the shipping label. You can download this immediately and it will also be sent to you by e-mail (please check your e-mail address and any spam mail).
You can also choose another carrier outside the portal. We always advise you to send the parcel insured. The DPD label via the portal insures your parcel up to €500.
3. Pack your return
√ Fold the items neatly and close all zips and buttons. Because of the technical materials it is important not to cause serious creases and wrinkles, as these can damage the product.
Then pack the items back in their original packaging and put them in the shipping bag or box. Another bag or box is also fine, as long as it is sturdy so that it arrives undamaged
√ If you have items from several orders that you wish to return, you may simply return them in 1 parcel
√ Put the enclosed packing slip/order confirmation (or a copy) in the parcel
√ Stick the DPD shipping label on the parcel.

4. Shipping
Hand over your return at a DPD parcel point or a carrier of your choice.

5. Refund

The Peak Performance Women Fleece Snap T Neck is a recycled polyester fleece midlayer for women, made for transitional layering and everyday wear. Instead of a full-length zip it closes with ring snap buttons on a half-length placket, and the whole shell is 100% recycled polyester. At 380 grams it is a substantial, soft fleece rather than a lightweight technical layer.
Who is this fleece for?
The Women Fleece Snap T Neck suits you if you want one simple, warm fleece for daily wear, travel and apres-ski, and an extra layer under a shell jacket on cold resort days. It is not the right choice if you are looking for a highly breathable, weight-conscious touring midlayer, or for a layer that handles wind and wet snow on its own. There is no hood and no powder skirt.
How warm is the Peak Performance Women Fleece Snap T Neck?
Warmth here comes from the fleece fabric itself: there is no insulation fill and no membrane. That means it stays air-permeable, so moisture moves out easily while you are moving, but wind passes straight through and you need a shell over it in exposed conditions. The snap placket can be opened partway for air, though it does not open all the way down and does not seal as tightly as a zip. Narrow flatlock covering seams keep the seam allowance flat against the skin.
Which size should you choose?
Peak Performance cuts this fleece in a regular fit: close enough to layer under a ski shell, roomy enough to pull over a base layer without pinching across the shoulders. Hem and cuffs are finished with elastic binding, with no adjustment. Check your chest and waist measurements against the size chart on this page before you order. The Peak Performance Women Fleece Snap T Neck is built from a single layer of soft recycled polyester fleece, with no membrane and no lining. The front opens halfway down through a placket fastened with ring snap buttons, a construction that gives a clean front and a vintage look but seals less tightly than a full-length zip. Seams are joined with narrow flatlock covering seams, so the join lies flat and does not sit as a ridge under a shell jacket or a backpack strap. A single zippered chest pocket is the only closed pocket; there are no hand pockets. Hem and cuffs are finished with elastic binding, and the complete garment weighs 380 grams.
Can you wear it as a midlayer on the piste?
Yes, and that is where the Women Fleece Snap T Neck works best in the mountains: as an extra warm layer under a hardshell on the lift and on the piste. The flat seams and the elastic cuffs keep bulk down at the wrist and shoulder, and the chest pocket stays reachable with the shell open. It stops where weather protection starts. With no stated water column, no taped seams and no windproof membrane, this is not an outer layer for rain or wet snow, and not a jacket for standing around in exposed wind. With no insulation fill, it is also not enough on its own for long static stretches in deep cold. And at 380 grams it is heavier than most fleeces of comparable warmth, which makes it a poor match for ski touring and other weight-sensitive days.
What is it made of and how do you wash it?
The shell of the Peak Performance Women Fleece Snap T Neck is 100% recycled polyester. Polyester fleece dries quickly, keeps its loft through repeated washing and does not absorb much moisture, which is what makes it a practical everyday layer. Machine wash at 40 degrees Celsius with similar colours and close the chest zip first so the teeth cannot catch the fleece face. Do not bleach, do not tumble dry, do not iron, and do not dry clean or professional wet clean. Line dry in the shade; the fleece will be dry quickly without heat.
How sustainable is this fleece?
The fibre content is the concrete part: the shell of the Peak Performance Women Fleece Snap T Neck is 100% recycled polyester, so the fleece is made partly from recycled fibres rather than virgin material.
