Is your purchase not quite what you expected or is the size incorrect? No problem, you can easily return your order to us. You may try on and view an item as you would in a shop, but there are some rules.

- Are you too late? Then your order will no longer be found in the portal. In that case, always contact us first so we can see what possibilities there are.
- After registering online, you then have 14 days to hand in your return at the post office. If you hand in the parcel after the 14 days, we will unfortunately no longer be able to process your return. The sooner you register and send in your return, the sooner it will be processed and you will receive your money back.
- Almost all outerwear and trousers are delivered with a large yellow return label. Do not remove this until you decide to keep the item! Once this vignette has been removed, there is no way we can return the item.
- Returns are at your own risk and expense.
- If you return part of your order, we will only refund the amount of the returned items and not other costs such as shipping costs.
- If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please always contact us a.s.a.p. and include photos of the product and the labels so we can see which item/defect is concerned.

1. Check your items

√ Is the yellow return label (in the case of outerwear and trousers) and all price tags still attached?
√ Is the article unworn and therefore not dirty, damaged or creased?
2. Submit your return online
Enter your own postcode and the full order number (including letters) in the portal to which you can start the return. You can choose to purchase a DPD shipping label via the portal. If you choose this option, print the shipping label. You can download this immediately and it will also be sent to you by e-mail (please check your e-mail address and any spam mail).
You can also choose another carrier outside the portal. We always advise you to send the parcel insured. The DPD label via the portal insures your parcel up to €500.
3. Pack your return
√ Fold the items neatly and close all zips and buttons. Because of the technical materials it is important not to cause serious creases and wrinkles, as these can damage the product.
Then pack the items back in their original packaging and put them in the shipping bag or box. Another bag or box is also fine, as long as it is sturdy so that it arrives undamaged
√ If you have items from several orders that you wish to return, you may simply return them in 1 parcel
√ Put the enclosed packing slip/order confirmation (or a copy) in the parcel
√ Stick the DPD shipping label on the parcel.

4. Shipping

The Peak Performance Radiance Hood Jacket is a men's synthetic insulated jacket carrying 60 g/m2 of recycled PrimaLoft® Silver in the body, sleeves and hood, built for moving fast in cold mountain air. At 462 grams and packable, it covers three roles: outer layer in dry cold, insulation layer under a shell, and belay jacket at a stop. What sets it apart from a standard insulated jacket is the construction split — a recycled nylon ripstop body with body-mapped insulation, and light softshell side panels that stretch and vent where you generate heat.
Who is the Radiance Hood Jacket for?
This jacket suits an active mountain user who wants one packable insulated layer for ski touring, uphill days, alpine and high-alpine belays, and cold-weather wear in town — someone who already owns a waterproof shell for wet days. The Peak Performance Radiance Hood Jacket is not the jacket for sustained rain or wet snow as your outermost layer, because it is water repellent rather than waterproof. It is also not built for deep-snow freeride days that call for a powder skirt.
How warm is the Radiance Hood Jacket?
Insulation is uniform: 60 g/m2 of recycled PrimaLoft® Silver in the body, 60 g/m2 in the sleeves and 60 g/m2 in the hood, including an insulated hood brim. That is warmth for movement, not for standing still in deep cold — on long static lift days in midwinter you will want extra layers underneath.
Which size should you choose?
The Radiance Hood Jacket has a regular fit and comes in S, M, L and XL. There is room for a base layer and a thin midlayer underneath. Check the size chart on this page before you order. If you plan to wear it mainly as insulation beneath a hardshell, make sure that shell is sized to take a mid layer.
How is the Peak Performance Radiance Hood Jacket built?
The Peak Performance Radiance Hood Jacket combines two shell fabrics with zoned insulation. The main body and sleeves use a recycled nylon ripstop (100% recycled polyamide) over recycled PrimaLoft® Silver, while the side panels are a light softshell with 12% elastane for stretch and air flow. Shell material and insulation are body-mapped, so the ripstop and fill sit where wind and cold hit hardest and the stretch panels sit where you move and sweat. A PFC-free Durable Water Repellent finish on the face fabric sheds light snow and short showers. There is no membrane and no seam sealing, so wind resistance and water repellency are the limit here rather than waterproofing.
Is the Radiance Hood Jacket suitable for ski touring and belays?
Yes — high-output mountain use is what this insulated jacket was designed around. On a climb or a skin track it works straight over a base layer, with the softshell side panels dumping heat and the 2-way reversed coil YKK front zip letting you vent from the bottom while a harness or pack hipbelt stays in place. At a belay or a transition, the fixed hood pulls over or under a ski helmet and adjusts in two directions, and the insulated brim keeps spindrift off your face. On resort days it slides under a hardshell as the insulation layer. Where it stops: there are no pit zips, no powder skirt, and the cuffs are elastic jersey with an elastic binding at the hem, so you cannot cinch either shut. In sustained wet weather, put a waterproof shell over it.
What is the Radiance Hood Jacket made of and how do you wash it?
The ripstop shell and the lining are both 100% recycled polyamide, the stretch side panels are 52% recycled polyamide, 36% polyamide and 12% elastane, and the filling is 100% recycled polyester. Ripstop resists tearing from ski edges and rock, and synthetic fill keeps insulating when it gets damp, which is the practical advantage over down on sweaty uphill days. Machine wash at 40°C on a delicate cycle with similar colours, close all zips first, and use a technical detergent to keep the water-repellent finish working. Skip fabric softener, skip dry cleaning, and tumble dry on low heat or line dry in the shade.
What are the sustainability credentials?
Three concrete points: the Durable Water Repellent treatment is PFC-free, the filling is 100% recycled polyester, and the shell and lining use recycled polyamide. Peak Performance builds the Radiance Hood Jacket as a long-service piece rather than a seasonal one, and the ripstop face fabric supports that.
