Is your purchase not quite what you expected or is the size incorrect? No problem, you can easily return your order to us. You may try on and view an item as you would in a shop, but there are some rules.

- You have 14 days from receipt of your order to register your return.
- Are you too late? Then your order will no longer be found in the portal. In that case, always contact us first so we can see what possibilities there are.
- After registering online, you then have 14 days to hand in your return at the post office. If you hand in the parcel after the 14 days, we will unfortunately no longer be able to process your return. The sooner you register and send in your return, the sooner it will be processed and you will receive your money back.
- Almost all outerwear and trousers are delivered with a large yellow return label. Do not remove this until you decide to keep the item! Once this vignette has been removed, there is no way we can return the item.
- Returns are at your own risk and expense.
- If you return part of your order, we will only refund the amount of the returned items and not other costs such as shipping costs.
- If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please always contact us a.s.a.p. and include photos of the product and the labels so we can see which item/defect is concerned.

1. Check your items
√ Has the return period of 14 days after receipt not expired
√ Is the yellow return label (in the case of outerwear and trousers) and all price tags still attached?
√ Is the article unworn and therefore not dirty, damaged or creased?
2. Submit your return online
Enter your own postcode and the full order number (including letters) in the portal to which you can start the return. You can choose to purchase a DPD shipping label via the portal. If you choose this option, print the shipping label. You can download this immediately and it will also be sent to you by e-mail (please check your e-mail address and any spam mail).
You can also choose another carrier outside the portal. We always advise you to send the parcel insured. The DPD label via the portal insures your parcel up to €500.
3. Pack your return
√ Fold the items neatly and close all zips and buttons. Because of the technical materials it is important not to cause serious creases and wrinkles, as these can damage the product.
Then pack the items back in their original packaging and put them in the shipping bag or box. Another bag or box is also fine, as long as it is sturdy so that it arrives undamaged
√ If you have items from several orders that you wish to return, you may simply return them in 1 parcel
√ Put the enclosed packing slip/order confirmation (or a copy) in the parcel
√ Stick the DPD shipping label on the parcel.

4. Shipping

5. Refund

The Peak Performance 2L Shell Anorak Men is a lightly insulated two-layer ski anorak for resort and off-piste skiing in cold, wet winter weather. It pairs a fully seam-sealed HIPE® membrane rated at 10.000 mm with 40 g/m² recycled Pinneco Mantle™ insulation in the body. The closure is what sets it apart: a half-length front zip plus full side-seam zips, so you pull it on over your head instead of zipping it shut.
Who is this ski anorak for?
The 2L Shell Anorak Men suits a skier who wants a lightly insulated, weather-sealed outer layer with a relaxed cut, a helmet-compatible hood and the anorak look. It is not the jacket for you if you like to drop a full front zip open on the chairlift, or if you ski high-output uphill days: there are no ventilation zips and the anorak weighs around 980 g.
How warm and how waterproof is the 2L Shell Anorak Men?
The two-layer HIPE® construction is rated at 10.000 mm water column and 10.000 g/m²/24h breathability, with fully seam-sealed construction and a PFC-free Durable Water Repellent finish. That covers a normal ski day with snowfall, wind and wet chairlift seats, rather than hours of sustained heavy rain. The 40 g/m² body insulation is a light warmth level: enough while you are moving around freezing, not enough for long static spells in deep cold.
Which size should you choose?
Peak Performance cuts the 2L Shell Anorak Men with a relaxed fit, available in S, M, L and XL. The roomy body leaves space for a base layer and a midlayer underneath the 40 g/m² insulation, and the sleeves are articulated with velcro-adjustable hems over gloves. How is the Peak Performance 2L Shell Anorak Men built?
Two layers, one job. The face fabric is 100% recycled polyester, bonded to a HIPE® membrane of 100% polyurethane with 2-way stretch, and backed by a separate 100% recycled polyester lining. Every seam is sealed, so water cannot enter where the needle went through, and the measured values are 10.000 mm water column and 10.000 g/m²/24h moisture transport. Inside the body sits 40 g/m² of recycled Pinneco Mantle™ synthetic insulation, which keeps loft when damp. A PFC-free DWR finish on the outside makes snow bead off instead of soaking into the face fabric.
Is the 2L Shell Anorak Men suitable for ski touring?
On the piste and on lift-served off-piste descents, the Peak Performance 2L Shell Anorak Men does exactly what an insulated shell should: the fixed hood adjusts in two directions and fits over a ski helmet, the laminated brim keeps spindrift off your goggles, the fleece-lined chinguard sits comfortably against a cold face, and the ski pass pocket saves you digging through layers at the gate. For uphill work it stops earlier. There are no underarm vents to dump heat, the half zip and side-seam zips open more slowly than a full front zip, and at roughly 980 g it is heavy for a garment you plan to carry in a pack. Use it for the descent, not the skin track.
What is it made of and how do you wash it?
The shell face, lining, bottom lining and filling of the 2L Shell Anorak Men are all 100% recycled polyester, with a collar panel that includes a 77% polyamide / 23% elastane stretch fabric. Polyester shells handle abrasion from rucksack straps and chairlift backs well, and they wash easily. Machine wash at 40 °C on a delicate cycle, inside out, with all zippers closed, using a technical detergent and no fabric softener. Take the goggle wipe cloth out of the pocket first. Tumble dry on low afterwards: the gentle heat reactivates the water-repellent finish and is the single most effective thing you can do to keep snow beading off.
What makes this anorak a more responsible choice?
Peak Performance builds the 2L Shell Anorak Men largely from recycled fibers: the recycled polyester face fabric, lining and bottom lining, and the recycled Pinneco Mantle™ insulation in the body. The water-repellent treatment is PFC-free. Combined with a fabric that tolerates regular washing and refreshing, that keeps the anorak in use for more seasons rather than in a landfill after a few.
