Is your purchase not quite what you expected or is the size incorrect? No problem, you can easily return your order to us. You may try on and view an item as you would in a shop, but there are some rules.
GOOD TO KNOW
- You have 14 days from receipt of your order to register your return.
- Are you too late? Then your order will no longer be found in the portal. In that case, always contact us first so we can see what possibilities there are.
- After registering online, you then have 14 days to hand in your return at the post office. If you hand in the parcel after the 14 days, we will unfortunately no longer be able to process your return. The sooner you register and send in your return, the sooner it will be processed and you will receive your money back.
- Almost all outerwear and trousers are delivered with a large yellow return label. Do not remove this until you decide to keep the item! Once this vignette has been removed, there is no way we can return the item.
- Returns are at your own risk and expense.
- If you return part of your order, we will only refund the amount of the returned items and not other costs such as shipping costs.
- If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please always contact us a.s.a.p. and include photos of the product and the labels so we can see which item/defect is concerned.

STEP BY STEP GUIDE:
1. Check your items
√ Has the return period of 14 days after receipt not expired
√ Is the yellow return label (in the case of outerwear and trousers) and all price tags still attached?
√ Is the article unworn and therefore not dirty, damaged or creased?
2. Submit your return online
Enter your own postcode and the full order number (including letters) in the portal to which you can start the return. You can choose to purchase a DPD shipping label via the portal. If you choose this option, print the shipping label. You can download this immediately and it will also be sent to you by e-mail (please check your e-mail address and any spam mail).
You can also choose another carrier outside the portal. We always advise you to send the parcel insured. The DPD label via the portal insures your parcel up to €500.
3. Pack your return
√ Fold the items neatly and close all zips and buttons. Because of the technical materials it is important not to cause serious creases and wrinkles, as these can damage the product.
Then pack the items back in their original packaging and put them in the shipping bag or box. Another bag or box is also fine, as long as it is sturdy so that it arrives undamaged
√ If you have items from several orders that you wish to return, you may simply return them in 1 parcel
√ Put the enclosed packing slip/order confirmation (or a copy) in the parcel
√ Stick the DPD shipping label on the parcel.
If you have chosen to send via another carrier, please write the return address on the parcel:

4. Shipping
Hand over your return at a DPD parcel point or a carrier of your choice.
Returning (part of) your order is at your own risk. Keep the proof of delivery until we have received and processed your package.
Please note! After registering your return online, you have 14 days to return your parcel to the postal service. If you return the parcel after these 14 days, we will unfortunately no longer be able to process your return.
5. Refund
You will receive confirmation by e-mail when your return has been received and processed.
This is usually within a few days after your order has been delivered to us. The money will then be refunded to the account you paid with within a week after confirmation (usually longer for credit card payments). If you have chosen to pay afterwards, this will be adjusted on your Klarna invoice.
Please note! If you return part of your order, we will only refund the amount of the returned items and not other costs such as shipping costs.

- 60 g PrimaLoft Ocean Bound insulation built in

- 650 g: too heavy for weight-critical touring

The Helly Hansen Switch Cargo Bib Pants are insulated women's ski bibs for resort and side-country skiing. They are built on a 2-layer, fully seam-sealed HELLY TECH® Performance construction with 60 g PrimaLoft® Ocean Bound insulation. What sets them apart is the storage and hem detail: two cargo pockets, two zipped hand pockets, a zipped chest pocket, and a metal gaiter hook that makes the bibs compatible with snowshoes.
Who are the Helly Hansen Switch Cargo Bib Pants for?
The Helly Hansen Switch Cargo Bib Pants suit women who ski full days at the resort or drop into side-country terrain and want warmth built into their ski bibs. RECCO® reflectors are integrated. These bibs are not the right choice for long, high-output skinning ascents or spring touring in mild conditions. They also do not suit skiers who want an uninsulated shell bib to control warmth through layering, or anyone looking for technical mountaineering and climbing pants.
How warm and waterproof are the Switch Cargo Bib Pants?
The Helly Hansen Switch Cargo Bib Pants combine a waterproof, breathable HELLY TECH® Performance membrane with fully sealed seams and a Durable Water Repellency (DWR) treatment, so snow and moisture stay outside. The 60 g/m2 PrimaLoft® Ocean Bound insulation adds a light, permanent layer of warmth. Because the insulation cannot be removed, the back thigh ventilation zippers are how you release heat when you work hard.
Which size should I choose in the Switch Cargo Bib Pants?
Choose your size in the Helly Hansen Switch Cargo Bib Pants with the Helly Hansen women's bottoms size chart on this product page. The bibs are worn over ski boots, with boot gaiters with gripper and boot hooks on the front leg hem. Articulated knees and a gusseted crotch add freedom of movement. Adjustable elastic suspenders and an adjustable waist with fastener let you fine-tune the fit, and belt loops are included.
How are the Helly Hansen Switch Cargo Bib Pants constructed?
The Helly Hansen Switch Cargo Bib Pants use a 2-layer HELLY TECH® Performance construction with a 100% polyester shell fabric. Every seam is sealed, and a Durable Water Repellency (DWR) treatment helps water bead off the surface before it can load up the fabric. Inside these women's ski bibs sits 60 g PrimaLoft® Ocean Bound insulation made of 100% polyester, behind two lining fabrics: one in 100% polyester and one in 100% polyamide. The front closes with a full-length zipper behind a double storm flap. The complete bib weighs 650 g, which places it firmly in the insulated category rather than among light, packable shell bibs.
Are the Switch Cargo Bib Pants suitable for resort, off-piste and backcountry skiing?
The Helly Hansen Switch Cargo Bib Pants are designed first for resort skiing. Reinforced insteps add durability at the hem, and the boot gaiters with gripper seal the leg over your ski boots. Storage is generous for a ski bib: two cargo pockets, two hand pockets with secure zipper closure and a chest pocket with secure zipper closure keep a phone, ski pass and snacks within reach. Neon colour details sit on the garment.
For side-country and off-piste runs, the Helly Hansen Switch Cargo Bib Pants carry integrated RECCO® reflectors, and the bib cut with adjustable elastic suspenders covers more of your torso than standard ski pants. Helly Hansen also lists backcountry skiing as a use, and the back thigh ventilation zippers help on short climbs. On long, sustained skinning ascents the fixed 60 g insulation and the 650 g weight make these bibs warm and heavy, so a dedicated touring pant is the better tool there. The metal hook in the gaiter makes the Switch Cargo Bib Pants compatible with snowshoes, which suits winter outings on foot away from the lifts. Technical mountaineering and climbing are outside their scope: no harness- or crampon-specific features are part of the design.
What do the materials of the Switch Cargo Bib Pants mean for durability and care?
The Helly Hansen Switch Cargo Bib Pants have a 100% polyester shell, linings in 100% polyester and 100% polyamide, and 100% polyester insulation. To keep the HELLY TECH® Performance construction and the DWR treatment working, close all zippers before washing and wash the bibs separately. Do not use fabric softener, and take the bibs out of the washer promptly after the cycle. Tumble drying the garment reactivates the water-repellent treatment, so water keeps beading off the shell fabric season after season.
Which sustainability details do the Switch Cargo Bib Pants have?
The Helly Hansen Switch Cargo Bib Pants are insulated with PrimaLoft® Ocean Bound, and the lining is solution dyed.
